<p>Garcia is ESPN Deportes’ general manager, overseeing the areas of production, ad sales, and marketing. In 2012, Garcia’s responsibilities expanded to also oversee all efforts for ESPN Deportes Radio and ESPNDeportes.com.</p>
<p>Prior to joining ESPN, Garcia accumulated fifteen years of experience in the cable and satellite industry where he primarily focused on marketing to the Hispanic community with Universal Television, Sony Entertainment Television and HBO, where he was instrumental in the development and launch of HBO en Español.</p>
<p>Garcia’s marketing expertise has been recognized several times with the Cable &amp; Telecommunications Association for Marketing, <em>Hispanic Business Magazine</em>, and NAMIC. A recognized industry leader, Garcia currently serves on the board of NAMIC, Lighthouse International, the Hispanic Federation and the NYC Latino and Entertainment Commission.</p>
<p>Garcia graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.</p>

<p>Diana Mogollón is General Manager of mun2, the leading Hispanic lifestyle and entertainment cable network, a position she has held since July 2010. In 2012, she has led the network to the #1 Hispanic cable network position in the highly coveted adults 18-34 demo, as well as the fastest-growing Hispanic cable network in all key demos with double-digit increases year-over-year. In 2011 and 2012, Mogollón has also led mun2 to achieve its best ratings, revenue, and highest season deliveries ever in the history of the network. She is responsible for developing and driving the overall mun2 network strategy and providing operational leadership across the Telemundo, NBCUniversal and Comcast business units. Mogollón has been recognized as a “Wonder Women to Watch” by Multichannel News, one of the “Most Powerful and Influential Latinos in Entertainment” by the Imagen Foundation, one of the “Top Women in Entertainment” by Billboard magazine as well as being a Cablefax Diversity Award honoree.</p>
<p>Mogollón joined mun2 from Telemundo, where she served as Vice President, Programming &amp; Marketing for the Telemundo Network West Coast office. Prior to joining Telemundo, Mogollón served as Vice President for Galán Entertainment where she was responsible for supervising the company’s production, development, sales, and marketing activities, for domestic and international Latino markets. She also held positions at Twentieth Century Fox, where she was instrumental in launching its first cable channel in Latin America, and at Lifetime Television in the original programming department.</p>

Ms. Lopez is a cable industry veteran with more than 22 years to her credit in the field of content distribution, marketing and advocacy.  She is a leading expert in multi-platform media with a specialization in authoring and executing cutting-edge distribution strategies.  Ms. Lopez has guided several influential content providers across emerging platforms including TV Everywhere and authentication to great success.<strong></strong></p>
<p>Currently, Ms. Lopez is SVP Affiliate Sales and Marketing at nuvoTV, where she has spearheaded distribution since February 2009.  Under Ms. Lopez’s leadership, nuvoTV doubled its availability to 30 million homes and debuted nuvoTV HD.  She recently oversaw the affiliate rebranding of the network from Si TV to nuvoTV.  Ms. Lopez also drives all national and local advocacy efforts and serves as an industry liaison meeting regularly with the NCLR, CHC and other Hispanic organizations to advance the voice of Latinos in the media.</p>
<p>Previously, Ms. Lopez held senior executive positions at AMC Networks<strong> </strong>where she held multiple roles of increasing responsibility during her nine-year tenure. There she led national content distribution strategy and marketing efforts for AMC, fuse, IFC and WE TV Networks. In her varied capacities at AMC Networks, she was integral in greatly expanding multi-platform subscriber and brand growth for AMC, WE TV IFC, fuse, IFC in Theaters (day &amp; date with theatrical release) and Bravo (now owned by NBC)</p>
<p>During a nine-year tenure with Walt Disney Company’s finance and distribution divisions for Disney Channel, Ms. Lopez led the company&#8217;s C-band (Disney Channel Home Satellite) and DBS businesses.<br />
Among Ms. Lopez&#8217;s additional noteworthy industry experience with Disney include leading the strategic team that spearheaded the Disney Channel&#8217;s successful evolution from a premium to a basic service, and as one of the original team members to launch Toon Disney (now Disney XD) and SOAPnet.</p>
<p>Ms. Lopez is past treasurer for the board of directors of the T. Howard Foundation (diversity in media,) is a National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) member and mentor, a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT.) Ms. Lopez is a nationally recognized leader in cable and Hispanic media and has been named to <em>CableFAX</em> Magazine’s prestigious “Most Influential Minorities” and “Most Powerful Women in Cable” List.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, California.  Ms. Lopez also attended CTAM University at Harvard Business School.</p>

<p><strong>President of Univision Networks</strong></p>
<p>Cesar Conde is President of the Univision Networks at Univision Communications Inc., the leading media company serving Hispanic America. He is responsible for overseeing Univision Communications’ television networks: Univision Network, TeleFutura Network and Univision <a href="http://corporate.univision.com/leader/cesar-conde/">Cable Networks</a> of which includes Galavisión and a suite of six cable offerings (De Película, De Película Clásico, Bandamax, Ritmoson, Telehit and Clásico TV). Mr. Conde is also responsible for Univision Studios, which was created in December 2009 to build on the 4,000 hours of original programming that the company produces across multiple genres annually. He also oversees various corporate functions, including government relations, community affairs, corporate communications and public relations.</p>
<p>Previously Mr. Conde served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Univision Communications, Inc., spearheading strategic initiatives focused on the growth and profitability of the Company across all of the divisions. He has been an innovative leader since he joined the company, serving in many roles, including Special Assistant to the CEO; Interim President of Univision Interactive Media; Vice President and Operating Manager of the Galavisión Network; Vice President of Corporate Development for the Univision Networks; and Vice President of Sales and Business Development at the Univision Network.</p>
<p>Prior to this, Mr. Conde was appointed by President George W. Bush as one of twelve 2002-2003 White House Fellows. In that capacity, he served as the White House Fellow for Secretary of State Colin L. Powell.</p>
<p>Mr. Conde was vice president of business development at Univision Networks before becoming a White House Fellow. Before that, he was vice president of Business Development at StarMedia Network, the first Internet Company focused on Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking audiences globally. He began his career as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney in their Mergers and Acquisitions Group.</p>
<p>In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Conde is active in the development of educational opportunities for young Hispanics. He is the chairman and co-founder of the Futuro Program, a non-profit organization that provides role models and educational workshops to Hispanic high school students. While in college, he was president and co-founder of CAUSA, the Cuban-American <a href="http://corporate.univision.com/leader/cesar-conde/">Undergraduate</a> Student Association at Harvard.</p>
<p>Mr. Conde is the recipient of numerous awards, including recognition in Fortune Magazine’s “40 under 40,” the Harvard Foundation Award, the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation Award and the Cuban-American National Council Young Leader Award. He also has been honored by the “I Have a Dream” foundation with the Eugene M. Lang Achievement Award for his work in promoting educational achievement and by the Hispanic Scholarship Fund as the 2010 Honorary Inductee to the Hall of Fame.</p>
<p>Mr. Conde is a Full Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Harvard University.</p>

<p>Kathy Carter is President of Soccer United Marketing, a position which oversees the commercial and marketing aspects of the business for Major League Soccer&#8217;s commercial subsidiary. Carter and her group are responsible for all sales and servicing for some of the premier soccer properties in the United States, including Major League Soccer, the Mexican National Team and famed Mexican club team Chivas de Guadalajara’s rights in the U.S., multiple CONCACAF properties and U.S. Soccer and all of its National Teams.</p>
<p>Carter serves as the U.S. representative on FIFA&#8217;s Committee for Women&#8217;s Football and the FIFA Women&#8217;s World Cup.</p>
<p>Carter served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) prior to her position with SUM. At AEG, Carter worked to sign major partnership deals with The <a href="http://www.mlssoccer.com/executives/carter"><strong>Home Depot Center</strong></a>, as well as oversaw the sponsorship sales division for AEG, which included the then six AEG-operated MLS teams; the NHL&#8217;s Los Angeles Kings; the Women&#8217;s Tennis Association (WTA) <a href="http://www.mlssoccer.com/executives/carter"><strong>Tour</strong></a> Championships; and the Home Depot Track &amp; Field Invitational.</p>
<p>Prior to her work with AEG, Carter was a vice president for Envision, where she opened and managed the firm&#8217;s New York office, with a primary focus on facility representation. Carter joined Envision from ISL United States in 2001. As Vice President, Sales and Marketing for ISL U.S., Carter was responsible for partnership and advertising sales for the Tennis Masters Series, the Association of Tennis Professional&#8217;s (ATP) premier series of men&#8217;s professional tennis tournaments.</p>
<p>Carter served as Major League Soccer&#8217;s Vice President of <a href="http://www.mlssoccer.com/executives/carter"><strong>Corporate Marketing</strong></a> from the League&#8217;s inception until late 1999. Carter’s five years with the League office came on the heels of two years with the World Cup USA 1994 organizing committee.</p>
<p>Carter is a recipient of both the SportsBusiness Journal and Crain&#8217;s New York Business Forty Under 40 awards, as well as the 2009 Women in Sports and Events (WISE) award.</p>
<p>A graduate of the College of William and Mary, she was a starter on the nationally ranked woman&#8217;s soccer team. Carter resides in New York City.</p>
